Blog Movement as Prayer

Prayer is given to us for many reasons. We use it to communicate with ADONAI. It is used do that ADONAI can communicate with us. It's never a one-way street.

Not everyone prays the same way. This is how it should be. We aren't identical and our relationships with ADONAI aren't identical either.

Movement can contribute to our prayer life. We've seen Jewish worshippers bowing in prayer at the 'Wailing Wall'. Other groups may sway or rotate or dance. Even making the sign of the Cross or just lifting the hands is using movement as part of prayer.

Use that inspiration to deepen your prayer life. Don't be afraid to move and pray.

אמן   הַלְלוּיָה

Hallelujah Amen!
